Debby Ruskin has been designing residential gardens in and around Palo Alto since 1980. Her gardens are included in the Gamble Garden Tour, the Garden Conservancy Open Days Tour, and the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD™) tour. As an active member APLD™, she was President of the San Francisco chapter from 1999-2002 and is now the California Chapter President. With a background in art and teaching, she received a certificate of Ornamental Horticulture from Foothill College, a certificate in Garden Design and Landscape Architecture from UC Berkeley Extension while raising her two children.

Amy Palmer grew up admiring the beauty that her Mom created around her and helping whenever she could. Having worked for companies such as Accenture, DIGEX, WineAccess.com, and Mindjet, Amy traded in her high-tech career in software development to follow her love of plants, nature, and design. And, she couldn't be happier!
